Driver Flees Safety Check, Crashes; PlayStation 4, Computer Missing From Walton County Home

The Walton County Sheriff's Office responded to the following calls Dec. 31-Jan. 1.

Zone  1
 
Suspicious Person – A subject at Vine Street and Squirrel Hollow became stuck in a tree and fell. He was eventually located and treated and released by EMS on scene. Subject was released in the area and was on foot shortly after being dropped off near Country Club Drive.
 
Fight – An anonymous caller reported two male subjects actively involved in a physical altercation off Ashley Court in the Ashley Falls Subdivision.
 
Prowler – A resident off Pine Street reported a subject in the woods behind their residence with a flashlight. Complainant waited 20 minutes before calling 911.
 
Zone 2
 
Burglary – A resident off Walnut Drive reported a burglary. Entry was made through the back door. A PlayStation 4 and desktop computer were reported missing.
 
Trespassing – A subject off Ash Road reported trespassing. There were possibly subjects hunting in the area.

 
Zone 4
 
Dispute – A resident off Daniels Cemetery Road reported her neighbors’ juveniles were throwing balls and hitting the side of the complainant’s residence. Three baseballs and two tennis balls were found in the yard.

 
Zone  5
 
Extra Patrol – A resident off Wood Hill Drive requested extra patrol in reference to neighbors across the street shooting in the backyard and riding a dirt bike up and down the road at a rapid speed.
 
Disturbing the Peace – A subject off Dogwood Dell reported a male riding a four wheeler on the roadway. Not observed when deputies arrived.
 
Fleeing/Eluding – A subject fled a safety check at Lee Peters Road and Etchison Road and was later apprehended after crashing on Lowery Road.
 
Suspicious Person – A resident off Wheatfield Circle in the Cedar Creek Subdivision reported that a male subject approached her residence then ran when she asked who he was. No one was located in the area.  
 
 
Zone  6
 
Arrest – Nick Enix was arrested on an outstanding warrant off Cobble Stone Drive.
 
Safety Check – A safety check was conducted at Broadnax Mill Road and Castlewood Drive.
