DESCRIPTION:The Walton County Civil Air Patrol Cadet program meets from 7
  - 9 p.m. every Tuesday at 131 Main St. in Loganville.\nThe CAP is the o
 fficial Air Force Auxillary. The U.S. Air Forces uses the CAP for homela
 nd defense in times of extreme need (Like in WWII) and Civil Services. T
 he CAP Cadet Program teaches leadership and independence. Cadets learn t
 o take charge of a situation and make strong decisions. If there is an e
 mergency the CAP is called upon because of its extensive Emergency Servi
 ces training.&nbsp\;Cadets are taken up in small aircraft and taught how
  to fly the aircraft and navigate. Cadets can even earn a flight scholar
 ships and learn to fly aircraft on their own.\nCadets can also receive r
 ank and participate\, and even lead\, a flight (group of cadets).&nbsp\;
 There are 15 ranks overall\, and new leadership positions with each.&nbs
 p\;Military discipline is exercised&nbsp\;in the CAP and is shown in eve
 ry meeting.&nbsp\;
