HALLOWEEN CANDY BEING SHIPPED TO TROOPS
It’s that time of year again! Ghosts and goblins, superheroes and princesses will be walking the streets of Walton and Gwinnett Counties looking for that Trick or Treat, preferably treats!
Creekside Dentistry in Loganville has participated in a national program to buy back Halloween candy for $1 per pound from children in the area for four years now.
Operation Gratitude is the program designed to support our military forces overseas by sending care packages to service members, and more than 11,250 packages are being sent this year. Last year, Creekside received 50 pounds of candy and sent it to Operation Gratitude. Just so you know, we send a toothbrush and toothpaste for on behalf of every person who sells his or her candy, so don't worry about cavities for the troops! ;)
