Brody Johnson was born on March 11 of this year and is need of a kidney transplant. Come out and show your community support!

Loganville High School has an enrollment of about 1,650 students. It  is a high-achieving school environment with students receiving more than $7 million in scholarships in 2010. LHS students exceeded the state standards in all areas of the Georgia High School graduation tests in 2010 and has made the adequate yearly progress list every year. It is recognized as a distinguished school and was recently recognized as one of 13 of the 85/10 schools in Georgia, meaning the graduation rate rose by a minimum of 10 points in the past three years, has a graduation rate of at least 85 percent and has maintained those credentials through 2010. It also was awarded the Governor's Cup for SAT improvement for Region 8-AAAA in 2009. Many LHS students have competed successfully at the state level, receiving top honors in various extracurricular activities, including athletic programs. LHS has won many state and regional championships in the past two years.

The school offers both college prep and career technical programs and many students participate in advanced placement classes. Student participation is high in many programs and clubs including fine arts, athletics and community-based programs.
