    Located in the South Gwinnett cluster, J.C. Magill Elementary School  was opened in Loganville in August 1996 toMore relieve overcrowding in Norton, Grayson and Britt elementary schools. The school was given its name in honor of J.C. "Chris" Magill, an officer with the Gwinnett County DUI task force and member of the local community who lost his life in the line of duty in May 1993. As a result of this, the school maintains a close partnership with the Gwinnett County Police Department. Forty-six percent of the school's student population qualify for the free or reduced lunch programs. The school has 91 classrooms, 10 portable classrooms, three computer labs, two art and music rooms, a large media center, two gyms, and a large cafeteria.

    Rosebud Elementary School opens its doors to more than 1,000 students in the South Gwinnett High School cluster. TheMore school serves grades kindergarten through 5th. It was constructed as part of the Gwinnett County Public School system's Phase 1 plan to accommodate population growth in the county. Students rally around their mascot, the Comet.

    Sharon Elementary School, located in the Loganville High School cluster, is home to about 800 students in Pre-K throughMore fifth grade. It has a staff of about 90 faculty and staff members. The school was built in 2007 to help relieve some of the overcrowding in the Loganville schools. Students at LES have their own online school newspaper. The school mascot is the jaguar.

    Trinity Prep School educates children from pre-school level through to middle school with a focus on academic, socialMore and spiritual development. The school offers an accelerated learning environment based on the developmental level of the individual child. Classes are small to ensure more individual attention for each child. The school is split into two separate locations with the pre-school and elementary classes at the location on Hodges Street and the middle school located on Highway 78.

    Trip Elementary School was opened in the late 2000s in the Grayson High School cluster to help relieve some of theMore overcrowding at Grayson Elementary School. In the 2009-10 school year, Trip Elementary increased the average score in 20 of the 21 grade-level content areas on the CRCTs, with the greatest increases reflected in fifth-grade math, third-grade language arts and first-grade math. In addition, the percentage of students who scored in the Exceeds Standards range on all subtests of the CRCT increased by 7.4 percentage points. In reading, 96 percent of the students passed the CRCT with 42 percent exceeding standards; In language arts, 93 percent of the students passed with 44 percent exceeding standards and in math, 89 percent of the students passed with 43 percent exceeding standards. In addition, 87 percent of students in grades 3 - 5 either met or exceeded grade-level science on the CRCT, with 47 percent exceeding standards.

ItMore offers a safe and welcoming environment for students from age 2 through junior high. The teachers work to implement a high degree of responsibility and achievement among students, through programs such as FOCUS, ESOL, art, music, physical education and special education.
