Actually Tim, Rand paul and others are accusing him of legislating - a big no no. I need to look it up, but should be interesting indeed. He continues to violate separation of powers, not to mention the oath that doctors take to privacy. Lot's of legal ranglings here.

The Supreme Court has already settled the issue of the 2nd Amendment. From what I am reading and hearing senators and congressmen on both sides do not believe the votes will be there to pass an assault weapons ban. With the upcoming 2014 Congressional elections, many Democrats and Moderate Republicans are concerned about their jobs in the Pro Gun states. If they vote for Obama's initiatives, more than likely the people will vote them out. I do not pay attention to the polls in the media because the media is run by the Leftists. Agree that doctors have no business asking us if we have guns in our homes so they can report that to the Feds. By the way, due to Obama's efforts....the NRA increased it's membership by 250,000 new members in one week....LOL
