Since the audition aired Monday night showing that local teen music sensation had moved on to the next round in NBC's music talent show "The Voice,"Β  the senior has been pretty busy.

"He's been busy doing radio interviews, TV interviews as well as finishing his senior year at LHS," said Rager's mother, Connie Rager. "He's been on Twitter and Facebook non-stop, answering his new fans since Monday night - and he LOVES it,so keep it up fans!"

"Next is the Battle Rounds and I'm really looking forward to what Blake has for me and the others on Team Blake - as well as the rest of the teams," Rager said, adding he was pretty pumped about making it through to the next round. "It was crazy, not something that I would have ever imagined would have ever happened."

While saying he would have been happy for any of the coaches choosing him, Rager said Shelton was really his first pick.

"The most exciting part for me was just getting to sing in front of those four coaches," Rager said, adding, "And hearing Blake Shelton say that I was the most real genuine country singer he has seen step across "The Voice" stage in the two years he's done the show - that meant the world to me."
