Wow. We should round up these bandits in no time. Does anyone know two white/latino/light black skinned males in their late teens or early 20s? That narrows it down!

Yep, it's not a very clear photo, but I'm guessing that anyone who knows them personally might be able to identify them. Whether they will turn them in or not if they know them that well is, of course, another story.
