Should VP Joe Biden Have a Reality Show and Would You Watch?
Whether Democrat, Republican or anything in between, most people are amused by some of the current vice president’s antics and comments.
According to The Huffington Post, a petition has been opened on the White House website asking for the current administration to allow a reality show featuring current Vice President Joe Biden. Most everybody agrees, whether you agree with his policies or not, Biden has a habit of opening his mouth and putting his foot in it. Oftentimes, hilarity ensues.
Now “We the People” petition website is asking the White House to give us many more opportunities for more of those Biden fun times. There is now a petition that seeks to "authorize the production of a recurring television program featuring Vice President Joe Biden."
The petition reads:
Vice President Joe Biden has a demonstrated ability to bring people together, whether at the negotiating table or at the neighborhood diner. We, therefore, urge the Obama Administration to authorize the production of a recurring C-SPAN television program featuring the daily activities and interactions of the Vice President with elected officials, foreign dignitaries and everyday American families. Such a program would educate the American public about the duties and responsibilities of their Vice President, while providing a glimpse of the lighthearted side of politics even in the midst of contentious and divisive national debates.
Our question is, do you think this is a good idea and, if it were to happen, would you watch?

No, it's a ridiculous notion. The Vice Presidency should not be reality TV fodder. I like Joe Biden. If he had a reality show as a private citizen I would watch it.

Real enough to be re-elected in Delaware, then by the voters nationwide.

Yeah he's real alright - a real gaffer. The very fact that an entire nation can re-elect those two incompetent clowns speaks volumes to the dumbing down in general of America and the low information voters. Not exactly something America should be proud of...well, those in America who actually care about the future of it anyway.

Yeah, our last VP was a prince of a man, wasn't he? Dark invader. And what about that prez? America and its image are currently in repair. Only the true low-information voters and the many non-voters who complain don't recognize that.

Yes. But only AFTER he's left office. I don't think it would be a good idea to have a reality show about a sitting VP. But after he leaves office, I think it would be a very interesting and sometimes funny show and I would watch.

Only if he and his boss left office. Running a country is a reality that should not be made a mockery of.

Biden's a happy guy, so he smiles a lot. More should try it. I'm sure V.P. Biden uses proper grammar and punctuation and would probably be grinning at your post, Jerome.

Doesn't he already have a show? I'm pretty sure it's called 'The Biggest Loser.' No wait... I'm thinking of his community organizer boss.
