News Nearby: Upgrades Planned for Pinnacle Bank in Monroe

Locally-owned Pinnacle Bank plans to invest $850,000 in upgrades to its Monroe Office to expand customer service.

Pinnacle Bank, a locally owned community bank serving northeast Georgia, announced renovation plans on their Monroe Office beginning later in May. Under the proposed plans, approximately $850,000 will be invested into the downtown facility in order to expand customer service offerings that enhance the Pinnacle banking experience.

The renovations will:

  • add more efficient cash automation services that increase customer interactions,
  • double the capacity for drive-in transactions,
  • incorporate a secure two-way video system for more personal drive-in processing,
  • develop a night depository with a canopied drive-up ATM,
  • and renovate the interior of the bank to provide an open concept floor plan.

“We are excited to extend added conveniences to our customers while building fresh new face for banking in the Monroe community,” stated Gail Sisk, branch manager of the Monroe office.

Additional renovations to the Monroe branch will include an enlarged desk for writing checks, a waiting area complete with a coffee bar and flat screen television, and improved access for customer and staff interactions.

The Monroe Branch will continue to serve customers in an on-site mobile unit throughout renovations, with construction expected to conclude by the end of the summer.
