According to this witness(me) the guy in the car was at fault for pulling out in front of the motorcycle!!!!!!!!! I knew it was going to happen before it happened!!!! I just wish I could of stopped it...my prayers go out to George and his family and friends

Rest in Peace, George Lattimore. When I was 7 years old, I witnessed a motorcycle accident. From that day until now, I hold my breath every time I pass a motorcycle on the road. I'm afraid for every motorcyclist. Be extra careful motorcyclists...people in cars drive horrible.

Ok once again I was the car behind the pizza delivery guy he waited for the first motorcycle to pass then tried to turn in between the two and there was only about two car lengths in between the motorcycles so therefore it was the cars fault so I don't see any holes in that logic...he was obviously in a hurry to deliver a pizza that could of waited 3 more seconds...I saw the whole thing with my own eyes the motorcycle was not in a 35mph zone it's a 50mph zone and he was goin about 60-65

I want to say that I find it odd that your statement is harsh and self-serving. I do not see how you could have had a better view of the motorist then the pizza driver did from behind his car. With the four other witnesses stating the second motorist was traveling at 90 miles an hour and that there is no way the pizza driver could be at fault and that he was all in the drive way except his back right tire. I f the motorist was going at that rate of speed then it would have taken him meer seconds to reach the car and the pizza driver would have never seen the motorcyle coming. It has been stated, that your truck stopped at the motorist body and may have hit the driver adding to his injuries and then death. My heart goes out to the family for their lose, and I wish them peace.

Interesting you don't mention almost hitting Mr. Lattimore, nor do you inform everyone of the nephew admitted to doing 75 mph and that his uncle was trying to catch up to him clearly meaning the second bike was not right behind the first bike and was going at a greater speed. That throws out your statement validity of the pizza driver trying to squeeze between the two drivers just to deliver a pizza and that Mr. Lattimore was going 60-65 miles an hour. The pizza driver was also very upset about the accident and was devastated at the death of Mr. Lattimore.

I live on Youth Monroe rd, I heard the crash when it happened. First let me say that my heart goes out to the family of the man that died, it is terrible. Let me throw a little reality into this however, Youth Monore Rd has turned into a preferred route for those sports bike riders that like to push the envelope. I have often feared that something like this was going to happen. While I don't know how fast the bike was going, I did see the second bike brake hard, a passenger got off and the bike turned around to go back to the accident scene. I find it probable that both bikes were going way faster than 50mph. A man has died, another has to live with the fact that he was driving the car. There are only losers here, no winners. Do not charge that young man driving the pizza delivery car, it will not bring back the dead and he has to live with it the rest of his life.

I just hope that the driver of the car is ok. It can mess with someone for the rest of their lives after killing someone in a wreck! It was bad yes. But the motorcyclist shouldn't have been speeding. Good luck!

You are the only one on this whole page that isn't showing compassion for both sides. You want to put full blame on the driver yet you leave out what you did to the guy and other facts. You can look it up the first driver was givien a ticket for 75 miles an hour. You story seems to be falling apart every time you open your mouth and it is not just the "VICTORIA" girl on here, many have called you out so I think its best you stop posting and stop hurting everyone. You have nothing in this so just go sit in your house and just be thankful your a live and well and just leave these poor hurting people alone.

I didn't do anything to that guy so I don't know where you get that..my story is the same...I know what happened and I know what I saw...none of this matters besides the fact that the driver of the car will have this hurt in his heart and i wish him nothing but peace...i pray for both of them and their families and that George rests in peace. So grow up...

I didn't witness the accident, but I know the pizza delivery driver well. In the time that I have worked with him, his claim to faim became widely recognized in the community as a neglectful individual. Sadly, it was only a matter of time before his complete lack of attention to detail and abundunce of negligence would lead to something like this. It's an unfortunate shame to see that an entire family will have to deal with this loss.

That being said, I very much hope that this was an unavoidable accident. Regardless of one's character, I would never wish this burden on anybody. All we can do now is hope for a fast recovery for the driver now.

once again brandy you are the one being rude and hateful. There is no reason for name calling and it only makes you look more guilty. How about you think about that? Witnesses are not much better then he said she said. No one can prove what happened. We will just have to wait and see what the GPS has to say about how fast Mr. Littimore was really going. Thats the main factor here. So no matter how harshly you put someone down or how rude you are about what you "saw" it will not change any of the other witnesses mind about what they saw or how either of the families feel. Stop being childish and just hush.

This person has been deceased for two days and you people prioritize your time arguing pizza delivery urgency, back tire position, speed limits (35 to 90), who saw what and how what they think they saw could not possibly have happened?

The people affected by this horrific misfortune are fellow, American, human beings. I lost my father to a motorcycle accident. He suffered for weeks. I’m sure we all share similar experiences. People are in pain right now and deserve time and peace. Is it too much to ask that you please cease with the negativity?

Well obviously, my expectations exceeded the typical, selfish behavior of the General Public. Apparently everyone wants to be in the light and describe horrific details of another person's death. You people should be ashamed. But you probably live for such things.

I am the niece of George Latimore and it surprises me that people are jumping to conclusions without knowing all of the facts. Unless you were there, you do not know how fast he was going or who was at fault. Our heart goes out to the other driver because he will have to live with this for the rest of his life. This was news about a tragedy. Seems people should refrain from anything but condolences. It's like discussing someone at the dinner table while they sit there. People's families read the Patch for crying out loud. Use some common sense. Plus, I guess I'm wondering why anyone is "discussing" this in a public forum. Statements to the Police should be sufficient. People have been called into court before based on things they say in print. Might want to be warned about that.

I am so appalled at the negative comments about George Latimore. He was a great friend and man to members of my family. Understand when you make comments about a person you hurt the family more than should be. He died what should be said is that how sorry you are and either way it goes be mindful of people. The Law requires you be more aware of motorist on the streets at the end of the day the driver knows what he did. And for the rest of his life he will have to live with the guilt that he killed a man. Wither or not he was at fault God knows the truth.
