Home Depot to Coach on Incandescent Bulb Phase Out

Know your lighting options with help from Home Depot - workshop every Saturday through January.

As a result of a multi-year phase-out of standard, incandescent light bulbs, the Home Depots in Loganville and Monroe will host a series of workshops to help customers understand the change and know their lighting options.

At 10 a.m. every Saturday in January, Walton and Gwinnett residents are invited to learn about the phase out and various light bulb options. The Home Depots will also offer tips for installing specialty light bulbs, fixtures and dimmer switches, and lighting department associates have been trained to answer customers’ questions about the phase out and can help you  identify the bulbs that best suit your needs.

I will still miss my 3 way bulbs. I guess a dimmer is the only other option.
