The following Loganville or Grayson residents were booked into the Gwinnett Detention Center during the period March 25 - 31, 2012. The information comes from the Gwinnett County Sheriff’s Department Docket Book. These individuals have been charged with, but not convicted of, the crimes listed.

March 25, 2012

  • Christopher Huffman, of 1071 Winding Down Way, Grayson, was charged with simple battery.
  • John Adam Moore, of 626 Grayson Parkway, Grayson, was charged with failure to appear.

  • Ason Thomas Lord, of 2690 Pointcrest Way, Grayson, was held for another agency.
  • Bobby Joe Williams, of 1352 Chandler Cove Way, Grayson, was charged with a violation of probation.

March 27

  • Juan Gonzalo Solis, of 3310 Hodges Road, of Loganville, was charged with kidnapping, robbery, simple battery and theft by taking.
  • Richard Leandree Taylor, of 2230 Shady Oaks Drive, Loganville, was charged with perjury.
  • Richard Troy Dowdy, of 335 Joni Blvd., Loganville, was charged with failure to appear and was held for another agency.

  • Rashad Tre Levels, of 3608 Perserve Wood Lane, Loganville, was charged with possession ofΒ  less than 1 ounce of marijuana, failure to yield when entering intersection, operating with learner’s permit and possession of drug related objects.
  • Nicholas Alan Richardson, of 4001 Lake Carlton Road, Loganville, was held for court.
  • Joseph Henry Chambers, of 1561 Walnut Avenue, Loganville, was charged with driving under the influence.
  • Aquinas Swint, of 4520 Ford Drive, Loganville, was charged with no driver’s license after being a resident for more than 30 days, failure to obey a traffic control device and possession of marijuana.
  • Michael Elliot Harper, of 1170 Rose Terrace Circle, Loganville, was charged with driving on a suspended/revoked license, failure to report an accident with injury or death and for an improper lane change.

  • Bakori Askia Roberts, of 962 Preserve Park Drive, Loganville, was charged with Georgia resident with no license after 30 days, giving a false name and driving on a suspended/revoked license.
  • Cyrus Akeem Dobbins, of 3502 Woodruff Ridge Lane, Loganville, was charged with driving while license suspended/revoked.
  • Khadrie Dale Scott, of 1221 Fly Rod Lane, Loganville, was charged with burglary and theft by deception.

March 30

  • Tyler Ashton Spain, of 3675 Sunny Hill Drive, Loganville, was charged with driving while license suspended/revoked, violation of the Georgia Controlled Substance Act – Schedule III, violation of conditions of limited driving permit, possession of less than 1 ounce of marijuana and safety belts required.
  • TrenttΒ  Asheton Lindsey, of 136 Little Barley Lane, Grayson, was charged with knowingly drive with a suspended registration, no insurance, violation of probation and was held for another agency.

March 31

  • Jeremy Michael Brown, of 925 Yancey Court, Loganville, was charged with battery and 3rd-degree cruelty to children.
  • Nelson Portillo, of 2271 Emerald Drive, Loganville, was charged with shoplifting – less than $300.
  • Marquez Tyrell Blair, of 1308 Pointcrest Lane, Grayson, was charged with giving false name or information, violation of probation and was held for another agency.
