Gwinnett County Detention Center Docket

The following Loganville or Grayson residents were booked into the Gwinnett Detention Center during the period April 9 - 13, 2012. The information comes from the Gwinnett County Sheriff’s Department Docket Book. These individuals have been charged with, but not convicted of, the crimes listed.

April 9, 2012

• Antwaine Randale Williams, of 3810 Alexander Crossing, Loganville, was charged with driving on a suspended/revoked license and being a Georgia resident for more than 30 days without applying for a Georgia license.
• Larry Wayne Allison, of 3562 N Sharon Church Road, Loganville, was charged with criminal trespass, obstruction of a law enforcement officer, violation of the Georgia Controlled Substance Act (controlled substance) and loitering or prowling.
• Kevin Daniel Rodriguez-Velez, of 918 Shannon Road, Loganville, was charged with possession of marijuana (less than 1 ounce).
• Joseph Ian Martin Hooks, of 669 Landing Way, Loganville, was charged with possession of marijuana (less than 1 ounce).
• Jonathan Paul Pollock, of 3410 Bulloch Lake Road, Loganville, was held for another agency.

April 10

• Leonard Ray Lyles, of 4055 Brushy Mill Court, Loganville, was charged with driving under the influence, failure to maintain lane and new name or new address needed.
• Fredrick Bernard Faulk, of 4416 Gateview Drive, Loganville, was charged with criminal trespass, use of license plate to conceal identity and violation of probation.
• Stephanie Margaret Castellanos, of Apt. 1013, 1525 Grayson Highway, Grayson, was charged with a violation of probation.
• Ronald Christopher Lewis, of Apt. 812, 1525 Grayson Highway, Grayson, was charged with materials on windshild/light.
• Katelyn Marie Corley, of 636 Middleton Place, Grayson, was charged with theft by deception.

April 11

• Steven Damian Moronta, of 3270 Wrenwood Court, Loganville, was charged with a violation of probation.
• Ilie Ciochia, of 4645 Bullock Bridge Road, Loganville, was charged with altered/fake title and theft by deception.
• Jeffery Charles Allen, of 918 Bay Creek Landing, Loganville, was charged with failure to appear.
• Travis Keith II Roland, of Lot E41, 4650 Lawrenceville Road, Loganville, was charged with a violation of probation.
• Jeffrey Michael Hurndon, of 1790 Piney Grove Road, Loganville, was charged with a violation of probation.
• Christopher Robert Bates, of 3608 Bob White Lane, Loganville, was charged with violation of probation.
• Rico Arrevous Henderson, of 762 Creek Bottom Road, Loganville, was charged with failure to pay child support.
• Enas Fahmi Osman, of 1933 Temple Park Drive, Loganville, was charged with suspended/revoked license, failure to appear, no proof of insurance, striking an unattended vehicle and wrong class of license.

April 12

• Holly Elizabeth Berry, of 2100 Pate Ridge Drive, Loganville, was charged with hit and run and following too closely.
• Cortez Lee McClain, of 3129 Battlement Circle, Loganville, was held for court.
• Steven Michael Hollis, of 4240 New Horizon Drive, Loganville, was held for court.
• Adolph Andutabi Asutaku, of 2162 Red Rose Lane, Loganville, was charged with DUI.

April 13

• Christopher Grant McDaniel, of 2785 Sandy Creek Circle, Loganville, was charged with fleeing or attempting to elude, central lane for turning, display of vehicle tag similar to Georgia State issue, improper turning, driving a motor vehicle on wrong side of road, reckless driving, speeding, motorcycle inst perm rest aft. D and reckless driving.
• Carlos Jose DaSilva, of 985 Old Loganville Road, Loganville, was charged with possession of marijuana (less than 1 ounce).
• Craig Anthony Johnson, of 602 Preserve Park Drive, Loganville, was charged with driving on a suspended license, brake light standards, no tag light, operating on out of state tag (30 plus days) and taillights.
• Brian Patrick Gomes, 1852 Red Rose Lane, Loganville, was held for court.
• Michael Patrick Johnson, of 770 Glenns Farm Way, Grayson, was charged with theft by taking.
• Thomas Daniel Anderson, of 1921 Bennett Road, Grayson, was charged with violation of probation.
