Eleven Gwinnett County football teams have qualified for the Georgia High School Association state playoffs, including last year's Class AAAAAA state champion Grayson Rams.
The playoff games beging tonight with Grayson taking on Wheeler at home. Admission to all GHSA first-round games is $10. If you can't make it to the game, however, you can still follow the live stream courtesy of PlayOn Sports which will feature almost 40 of the first round football playoff games, including the Grayson Wheeler matchup. It will be steamed Live on PlayOn! Sports with live highlights and scoring updates.
According to a press release, the games are a combination of PlayOn! Sports produced content and school-produced games through the PlayOn School Broadcast Program and all will be streamed live on the PlayOn! Sports national video portal, www.playonsports.com. Fans can access the games, scores and lighlights at http://ghsa.playonsports.com/footballplayoffs.
The PlayOn School Broadcast Program allows participating schools in Georgia to produce and broadcast TV-like events for live and on demand viewing via the GHSA Network.
