UPDATE: Grayson Man Awaiting Extradition on Rape Charges

Fugitive Edward Oneal Buscarino, 20, of Grayson, was picked up in Alabama Feb. 23 and is being held in the Marshall County Jail awaiting extradition.

 

UPDATE: According to the original police report obtained from Gwinnett County Police, Edward Oneal Buscarino is charged with statutory rape. Buscarino and the 14-year-old victim claimed the sex was consensual. However, her parents wanted charges filed. Buscarino was 19 at the time. He remains in the Marshall County Jail pending extradition.

A news agency out of Alabama is reporting that a Grayson man is being held in the Marshall County Detention Center in Alabama pending extradition to Gwinnett County. According to jail records, Edward Oneal Buscarino, 20, of 1961 Nicholas Lane, Grayson, is being held without bond pending extradition.

He was reportedly picked up at 10 p.m. Feb. 23. Alabama's Channell 48 reports that Buscarino is wanted in Gwinnett County on charges of rape and burglary.

An arrest and charge does not constitute a conviction.

What happened to inocent untill proven guilty? The united states is suppose to be all about protecting rights of others well aparently not. they just go ahead and bash them like they do everybody else in this world nice going America!
