The following Loganville or Grayson residents were booked into the Gwinnett Detention Center during the period Feb. 1 - 5, 2013. The information comes from the Gwinnett County Sheriff’s Department Docket Book. These individuals have been charged with, but not convicted of, the crimes listed.

Feb 1, 2013

• Lonnie Terry Moore of 4221 By Pass, Loganville, was charged with violation of probation.
• Christopher Grant McDaniel, of 2785 Sandy Creek Circle, Loganville,  was charged with violation of probation, failure to appear and was held for another agency.
• Pierre Yvens Francois, of 333 Silvertop Drive, Grayson, was charged with driving under the influence (alcohol) and improper/erratic lane change.
• Joseph Tyler Fortune, of 1646 Woodson Court, Grayson, was charged with other offence.
• Jeffery Adam Crowe, of 490 Herring Road, Grayson, was charged with a violation of probation.

Feb. 2

• James Keith Maney, of 1740 Bullock Trail, Loganville, was charged with theft by conversion and was held for other agency.
• William Code Garner, of 2660 Gum Creek Church Road, Loganville, was charged with shoplifting (less than $300)

Feb. 3

• Lakita Marie Brown, of 4291 Prather Son Drive, Loganville, was charged with battery.
• Julian David Ruiz, of 777 Wilkes Drive, Loganville, was held for court.
• Ivielle Andrea Barthelemy, of 3638 Range Way, Loganville, was charged with disorderly conduct.

Feb. 4

• Brandon Lycal Tillman, of 1076 Hawthorn Lane, Grayson, was charged with contributing to the delinquency of minor and possession and use of drug related.

Feb. 5

• David Fortune, of 4195 Fox Chase Drive, Loganville, was charged with violation of probation.
• Jesse Lee Galli, of 838 Shannon Road, Loganville, was charged with failure to appear and hold for other agency.
