Stars and Strikes will host the 2012 "Your Vote Counts" dinner debate on Thursday, June 14. This event will feature Gwinnett County District 3 commission candidates Jerry Oberholtzer, Mike Korom, Tommy Hunter and Mike Beaudreau.

The event will begin with each candidate delivering a speech detailing his objectives if elected. During the debate, videos produced by the candidates will be shown and each candidate will be given the opportunity to ask two questions to another candidate of his choice. General questions and closing statements will complete the debate.

University of Georgia graduate, former UGA radio DJ and UGA Debate Society member J.D. Brandon will moderate. The debate will take place in the Stars and Strikes Stratosphere Room beginning at 6 p.m. and dinner will be available for purchase from the Coach's Corner restaurant located within Stars and Strikes.
